HANCA History

HANCA was established in 1985 by the Hmong Catholic Communities in the USA in cooperation with USCCB. The purpose of HANCA is to promote evangelization and supports for the Hmong Catholic Communities in the United States; preserve Hmong heritage and develop networking among the Hmong Catholics; promote social and educational advancement for Hmong Catholic Communities; call for the Hmong Catholic National Conference; monitor the Hmong Catholic National Center; and develop financial supports for HANCA programs.
